No. Payana-100/KC-14/15/Urban-3. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section 3C of the Maharashtra Slum Areas Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment Act, 1971 (Mah. XXVIII of 1971), the Government of Maharashtra hereby constitutes the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee and Grievance Redressal Committees to hear and dispose of complaints of the Chairperson and Members of the Competent Authority.

All the areas of SRA in the State under section 3(8) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment Act, 1971 and respective area of Competent Authority under section 3(7) of Maharashtra Slum Areas Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment Act, 1971 and respective area of Competent Authority under Maharashtra Slum Areas Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment Act, 1971
  • i) Appeal against all cases of CEO, SRA under powers by CEO, SRA as per sub-section (1)(b) of MSAIRDA Act, 1971, issued on behalf of CEO, SRA by Administrative Redevelopment, Clearance and Redevelopment under Administrative Control Regulation.
  • ii) Any issue referred by State Government for Compliance under Housing for All 2022 case by item Reservation Cours
  • iii) Any issue referred by Hon. Supreme Court.
  • iv) The cases not specifically assigned in other GRCs
  • v) Administrative control and coordination of other GRCs are related by Sub-GRC from State Government from time to time.
